War 1995 (nach dem Murli-Break)3 Monate auf Koh Phangan und habe dort 2 10-Tage-Retreats dieser Art gemacht. War damals ja fast noch "exotisch" für einen Europäer. Mit ein bissl Achtsamkeit profitiere ich heute noch herrlich davon. Ist nur zu empfehlen, wie wohl die "Umstände" diametral zu gewohnter Lebensweise stehen und viele daran scheitern würden. Aber gerade die machen viel aus und unterstützen - zumindest wars bei mir so - die Konzentration auf das Wesentliche. Das Ich. Viele Grüße aus dem grauen Wien nach Sonne, Christoph Sounds familiar. Das Ergebnis reichte vom Nasswerden bis zum Ableben des Bäckers. Wir kennen diesen Vorgehen heutzutage nur noch als Bäckerschupfen, eine Originalvorrichtung habe ich kürzlich im Foltermuseum in Wien gesehen. Ich bin für eine Wiedereinführung dieser Bestrafung, von mir aus kann auch der gute alte Pranger wieder eingeführt werden mit all seinen lustigen Versionen.
